Bundles, Lace, Wigs (Physical Products)
All hair extensions are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons. All Rebellious Couture custom units are nonrefundable due that each unit is customized to each buyer.
Returns/Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are not accepted once the package has been worn, altered, or used.
If you a mistake on your order such as cap size, color, length, etc. contact us via email within 2 - 8 hours of placing your order.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review.
Digital Products
All digital products (including virtual classes, downloads, or online content) are nonrefundable once access has been granted.
Approved issues will be resolved with replacement or store credit (at our discretion).
Orders placed using Klarna are subject to the same return and refund policies listed above.
